Our agency
SBH Transaction is a real estate agency registered in St Barthélemy as an SAS, holder of the transaction card number CPI 97712021000000002 and authorized to search and sell real estate in the territory of St. Barthélemy. We provide real estate search and acquisition services in the commercial and residential markets for investors as well as individuals.
Our services include access to exclusive properties, professional and legal advice, negotiation expertise, as well as assistance throughout the buying process.
OUR VISION
The 24 km² that constitutes St Barthélemy make the real estate market very special. It is therefore important to understand the issues and stakeholders in order to make an informed decision. Our team helps you at every stage of the buying process, from the first visits, to securing and selling your property, including particularly developed legal assistance.
FEES
Our presentation prices include negotiation fees, chargeable to the buyer.
Our fees are allocated as follow:
– A maximum fee of 6% of the retail price, the standard practiced in Saint-Barthélemy on old and new (villas, apartments, land, off-plan, commercial premises)
– A maximum fee of 8% of the retail price, the standard practiced in Saint-Barthélemy on commercial property (goodwill, company shares or shares, right to lease)
These fees are charged for all the goods presented for sale on this site, unless otherwise specified.

Graduated from ESCP Europe, he completed his training with a master's degree in financial law obtained from the University of Paris XI.
